As I mentioned here, pole shift appears to be underway. It also appears to be happening far more rapidly than has long been predicted by the establishment. In this episode of Dreamland, Linda Moulten Howe interviews UC Berkeley's Dr. Paul Renne about geological data that dramatically accelerates the predicted timeline. Renne worked with an international team of geologists to analyze volcanic ash sediments in a lake bed in Italy. They were able to track the shifting patterns that preceded the last pole shift, the Brunhes-Mutuyama event, and have determined it was quite rapid, probably under a hundred years.
The authors, including Berkeley graduate student Courtney Sprain and her supervisor Professor Paul Renne, are not the first to suggest the last flip was unusually fast, but Sprain says the evidence they have found in the Suilmona Basin, east of Rome, is very clear. “The paleomagnetic data are very well done. This is one of the best records we have so far of what happens during a reversal and how quickly these reversals can happen,” says Sprain.
Volcanoes upwind of the basin, including Sabatini and Vesuvius, erupted frequently during the reversal, and the changing magnetic field can be seen in the sediments laid down. Argon-argon isotopic dating allowed Sprain and Renne to date the ash layers far more precisely than has been done before.
“What’s incredible is that you go from reverse polarity to a field that is normal with essentially nothing in between, which means it had to have happened very quickly, probably in less than 100 years,” said Renne. “We don’t know whether the next reversal will occur as suddenly as this one did, but we also don’t know that it won’t.
We are left with a lot of unknowns. Geophysicists still don't understand why this happens, how frequently it happens, or how varied the effects are. What is clearer is that past events have caused enough thinning of the earth's magnetosphere to allow serious damage from solar and cosmic radiation. This may, in fact, have caused the extinction of the Neanderthals.

I've been talking about pole shift for a while now. Several years ago, I started getting intimations that it was imminent. There's a little more on these messages here. I just didn't really know what to make of it. The gist was that things were going to shift in some very surprising ways, that the systemic injustice that I find so excruciating had reached the end of the line, and that this was somehow connected to or simply concurrent with pole shift.
I first learned about the idea of pole shift many years ago when I was reading a book on Edgar Cayce. I had no frame of reference for the idea so it rolled off my brain like beads of water from an oily surface. Years later, when I first became acquainted with the work of Drunvalo Melchizedek, I heard it again and thought, so is that what Cayce was talking about? I liked Drunvalo's take on this. It was fairly optimistic and tied the idea of pole shift with an expansion in human consciousness.
Drunvalo says all kinds of things and some I really do take with a grain of salt. But he always struck me as a sincere fellow and so much of what I learned from him has proved itself to me that I keep a lot of his more outrageous material on the maybe pile. His ideas on pole shift fall into that category.
Pole shift has been a subject of debate. It's an accepted fact that Earth's magnetic poles have shifted more than once, in the distant past. That this has caused crustal displacement is disputed by most experts. Charles Hapgood theorized that they did and that it was associated with changes in land masses. His theories have not gained wide acceptance.
Mainstream science has been as strident and dismissive of concern as it has been vague on the particulars. The simple truth is that there's a lot they don't know about how this works and the potential effects. As discussed here, some theories have us already in the beginning stages of shift. The message from officialdom has been that while the magnetic field of the planet has been weakening for over a hundred years, and while we are probably overdue for a pole reversal, the last known one having occurred about 750,000 years ago, the next is probably at least hundreds of years off and will occur gradually, probably over thousands of years. In other words, calm down, people.
I had noticed a couple of news items earlier this week regarding planetary magnetics that I wanted to put into some context. I was trying to remember which of Drunvalo's lectures addressed some of the theories regarding potential pole shift but I didn't have time to dig through it. As luck would have it, this freshly minted interview he did with Red Ice Radio pulls a lot of threads together that I had hoped to. The first hour of this interview is a particularly good overview of things Dru has been teaching for years with a level of clarity I've never heard before. The second hour is a bit more... conceptual. But it's all very enjoyable.
The first article I stumbled on is on a new theory that suggests a possible reason for the magnetic reversal of the Earth's poles that occurs periodically. And there is some indication that the next one may already be in process.
Lopsided growth of the Earth's core could explain why its magnetic field reverses direction every few thousand years. If it happened now, we would be exposed to solar winds capable of knocking out global communications and power grids.
One side of Earth's solid inner core grows slightly while the other half melts. Peter Olson and Renaud Deguen of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, used numerical modelling to establish that the axis of Earth's magnetic field lies in the growing hemisphere – a finding that suggests shifts in the field are connected to growth of the inner core.
There are signs that the next switch may be under way: rapid movements of the field's axis to the east in the last few hundred years may be a precursor to the north and south poles trading places, the researchers speculate.
This is not say that we would have crustal displacement. Although, there is some indication that this or something like it has occurred in the past, as in Charles Hapgood's hotly contested theory. Edgar Cayce also spoke a good deal about pole shift, predicting that it would start around the year 2000.
In the late 1920's and early 1930's, Cayce was the first to describe the concept of the shifting of the pole as a result of the crust of the Earth moving independently from the core of the Earth to bring different a surface area over the spin axis. During the past 30 years, this concept has received more and more attention by geophysicists, some of whom now seriously argue that the crust does move independently. Some geophysicists now also argue that the best way to explain a variety of paleo sea-level and other data is that it moves and shifts fairly frequently and more rapidly than previously imagined.
Cayce predicted changes to the Earth surface to begin some time between 1958 and 1998. The cause of these dramatic Earth changes will be the shift in the world's magnetic poles around the year 2000. Cayce predicted that when this pole shift occurs it would begin reversals in the world's climate so that:
"..where there has been a frigid or semi-tropical climate, there will be a more tropical one, and moss and fern will grow."
Cayce's prediction of a pole shift occurred in 1998. According to NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center, in 1998 something changed the Earth's gravitational field which moved the magnetic poles closer together. The NASA article explained that as the ice on the poles melted, ocean currents moved water toward the equator, which factors researchers believe to be partly responsible, in conjunction with shifts in atmospheric patterns, for this ongoing shift in the Earth's magnetic field. This NASA finding affirms Cayce's prediction of a pole shift.
Cayce also predicted it would mark an evolution in consciousness, restoring us to our antediluvian state.
That there are some rather wild magnetic shifts occurring seems hard to dispute. I'm one of the people who thought the massive bird and fish die offs in early 2011 might be connected the abrupt changes that were causing everything from GPS systems to air strips to be rapidly reconfigured at the time. The thousand birds all suddenly flew into something -- who can say what -- because they were so upset by fireworks explanation just didn't cut it for me.
The other article I noticed this week lends some fresh insight into how birds and fish navigate based on magnetics.
Trout have cells in their noses that act like miniature compasses to help them navigate, a study has shown.
The cells, which are believed to exist in other animals, contain iron-rich deposits of a magnetic material called magnetite.
. . .
Tests suggested the cells were capable of detecting magnetic north as well as small changes in magnetic fields.
They were about 100 times more sensitive to magnetic fields than had been expected.
On a different subject, but also worthy of particular note, Dru claims in this interview that the Vatican blocked the Maya from reserving sacred sites like Chichen Itza for ritual use on December 21, 2012. It put me in mind of another bit of bizarreness that I only first learned about not long ago. The Egyptian government stopped a planned event to replace the missing capstone on the Great Pyramid with a solid gold one on the "millennium." They bought into the fear that it was a Zionist/Masonic conspiracy. These governments must really think these rituals are powerful.

I felt moved to glance at George Ure's blog this morning even though he rarely posts on the weekends. I'm glad I did. There are some observations on this unbelievably horrible situation with Japan and some of the ramifications. According to Clif High this incident is starting to fulfill some of the linguistics from earlier runs. Remember the "ill winds?"
This is important because in the meta set involved, the expected “Israeli mistake” which we had anticipated would be the ‘smoking/bombed out remains of Bushir’ where Iranian nuclear development continues (a plan which has apparently changed) the data suggested that shortly after the radiation/ill winds began to reach the West Coast USA that a major West Coast/US earthquake would follow within a few days/weeks.
We are now concerned that in the event there is such a release, for one (or more of the damaged plants) that we will then move into language which suggests 18-days – or so – of release related to the ‘radioactive volcanoes’ which seems to be in fill mode right now.
So this leave people, particularly west coasties, with two contingencies to prepare for: Arrival of potential radiation from Japan, and the possibility (small but non-zero) that an earthquake of even more devastating size could arrive semi-concurrently (roughly in the same temporal window) and we’re now also watching the release language for the March 25th period since tyhe timing is a little too close to be ignored.
I don't know if I would be as concerned about a "small but non-zero" earthquake warning if there were not so many predictions, including my own, regarding a serious quake (or quakes) in the California area. (I felt shaking as far out as Arizona in one reading.)
So, again, we have started the coronal maximum cycle which has an impact on the earth's magnetosphere which has an effect on things like earthquake and volcanic activity.
I'm a little overwhelmed right now by how surreal things have become. It's hard to take it all in. Oh, and here's some data on the California fish kill Ure refers to. Apparently they suffocated because something (???) caused them to overcrowd the harbor. There was also a neurotoxin found but it doesn't appear to be what killed them.
I should also mention that Clif High has added a new wrinkle to the apocalyptic earth change prophecies of the "angry sun," pole shift variety. Here, he explains what he calls the Expando Planet model. I'm still trying to take that in and consider its viability but I pass it along for the consideration of readers.
And speaking of Atlantis, possibly of interest. And speaking of 2012, if you saw the movie, also possibly of interest: Arks for the oligarchs? Hmmm....

Last night Natalie Portman took home the Oscar for her performance in The Black Swan. The excitement around this film has been building since it hit the screens to great critical acclaim and then won the Golden Globe and Independent Spirit Awards for Portman. I haven't seen The Black Swan yet but the buzz has been hard to escape. As with any phenomenon that captures headlines and imaginations, recognizable archetypes emerge. Even in the worst of pop culture, there are insights into the collective psyche and shared vision.
Several years before the Portman vehicle began making the news, a bestselling book by the same name created a different sort of buzz. Nassim Nicholas Taleb makes the convincing argument that events that create the greatest impact are unexpected and unpredictable based on past patterns. He uses the black swan as a metaphor for these unexpected events. Before the discovery and colonization of Australia, the black swan was a metaphor for something non-existent and, therefore, inconceivable. It was common knowledge throughout Europe and its colonies that all swans were white. But in 1697 the great birds were discovered by Willem de Vlaming's expedition along Australia's Swan River. With the discovery, a fundamental assumption about the world collapsed and a colloquialism was turned on its head.
So the black swan emerges as an archetype for radical shifts that fly in the face of our assumptions about our reality and have the greatest potential to create change in the world. And, it is against the backdrop of a rapidly changing world that Natalie Portman has been picking up her awards and accolades. Which, of course, brings me back to the Time Monks tipping point prediction.
Well, the bird story just gets stranger and stranger. It was weird when it was just in Arkansas but the bird and fish kills are now being reported around the globe. Somehow, I was not mollified by the theory that they were startled by New Years Eve fireworks. Until I learn that there've been thousands of bird deaths every New Years and Fourth of July that have been previously unremarked upon, I will remain unconvinced. The fireworks theory is also undercut by the fact that birds are continuing to drop out of the sky all over the globe, with the most recent shocker coming out of Italy, where it rained 8,000 dead doves.
Reading the dove story this morning was something of a synchronicity for me. Last night, discussion of the bird deaths caused me to ruminate on a darkly comic anecdote from college theater days. I will probably get some of the details wrong, but this is how I remember it. One of the technical theater students returned from doing summer stock with this tale of stagecraft gone horribly wrong. He had been working on a production of The Sound of Music. In a daring attempt at spectacle, the director had called for live doves to be released during the opening number. There was some concern from the techs about the difficulty and expense. I, for one, would have had even larger concerns about things like bird crap on audience members, but I wasn't there. Besides, any objections were overruled. This was a director with a vision! So, cages with drop out bottoms were strung up above the stage. Doves were purchased and secured in the cages on opening night to be released at the appropriate moment. But, it seems, the cages were a bit too close to the lights. When the intrepid young actress playing Maria appeared onstage and began to belt out "The hills are alive..." she did so amidst the disturbing spectacle of dead, baked doves plummeting all around her like some bizarre snow storm.
Well, similar blizzards of bird corpses have now been experienced in locations all over the world. I had begun tracking the weirdness here but it started to get ridiculous and a little hard to keep up. The birds and fish deserve a stand alone post. My question remains, however. Is it the apocalypse?! I mean... dead birds are dropping by the thousands out of the sky.
And then there are the fish. Scores of them -- two million in Chesapeake alone -- are washing up dead on shores around the world. Birds of the air, fish of the sea, just inexplicably dying in droves.
Another funny, little synchronicity keeps popping into my head. I watched -- and enjoyed very much -- the Doctor Who Christmas special. In this terraformed, Dickensian world, the fish -- and sharks -- fly through the air like birds. The effect, like so much of the newest iteration of the series is hauntingly beautiful.
My first thought, in response to the New Years bird kills in Arkansas, was toxicity from this summer's massive oil spill in the gulf. Mostly because no one knows what the effects of all those illegal dispersants will be. The possible effects of gulf weather streams moving through Arkansas and Louisiana is discussed here. But, again, there are incidents being reported all over the world. Although, according to this map, which was up to date as of a few days ago, most of the incidences appear to be in the US.
One theory has to do with the rapid shifting of the magnetic poles confusing their natural navigation systems. We just went through a north pole migration so abrupt that the Tampa, FL airport closed down to reconfigure its runways. In another earth change related theory, George Ure has some speculation about it being tied to earthquake activity, which could also be connected to changes in the earths magnetosphere. I'm not saying this is precursor to pole shift but, then, who knows. The whole thing is just weirder than heck.

For those of you who aren't on Karen Bishop's email list, I'm going to post, in full, her recent update. I'm doing so because this will not be posted to her website and was only made available via email. As ever, she has really validated my own experience and reminded me as to why I miss her regular updates so much. So here is her text; my own observations to follow.
What a challenging and confusing ride it has been for these past several months! So many attempts have been made to put a successful plan (for raising the consciousness and vibration of the planet) into place, that this latest plan seemed to come out of the blue. And while we are in it and experiencing it in physical form, we can easily get blindsided and most certainly flattened, unable to see the forest for the trees.
At the end of April and beginning of May, it was clear that many of us were going to be "removed" from the planet for a while, while a cleansing was taking place. I can remember telling friends that we would be lifted up like beautiful ornaments on a table while the table was dusted and cleaned, and then we would be put back down. But I had no idea it would take this long...nor be so challenging! For the past three years or so, many of us at our soul levels (or those at the helm of this process) have been putting together new and revised plans to support this impending and certain Shift of the Ages. Many miscalculations were made, all with good intentions, and this resulted in many changes with the course and a much longer and drawn out plan than was anticipated. Very briefly put, it was thought that the souls here on the planet now would take over on their own, holding a high vibration and connecting together like a grid, but not enough souls chose to grow and expand and thus, we did not take over on our own.
Many attempts were made to try and keep the vibration high enough by separating from lower vibrations through a separation of the worlds and then yet another one. Even after we "arrived" in a new space in the cosmos, this alone did not seem to have an effect on the tight grip of old patterns and denser and darker energies. Even in higher vibrating energies, many continued to create the old once again.
So this latest plan was finally implemented, and with so many of us acutely weary from the extended time it had taken thus far, this latest plan really took a tole on many of us. Many also went into fear as so much that had been "predicted" did not come to pass as the plan had to continually be tweaked due to unpredictable fear based behavior patterns by many souls on the earth. Was everything over and done with? Was all we had been through one big sad joke? Did the planet decide to descend into hell instead of into heaven? Not enough souls were "ready" for a higher vibrating existence nor ready to connect to one another. So then, a massive cleansing needed to occur. Many times I likened it to receiving chemotherapy treatments in tandem with huge "energy bombs" that blew anything and everything out of its old groove. More on this later. Basically, we had a re-run of 2009 during the past several months. With similar planetary and celestial movements, and similar experiences, but it is hoped that it will turn out different this time because of all the cleansing. Let's cross our fingers. In addition, many of us have been "removed" for a while, so that is a bit different too. (Feelings of not being all here, not in our body, blocked from our creativity, difficulty in waking up in the morning, memory problems, not on top of our game, etc., are symptoms of being removed for awhile.) Because of the cleansing plan, we had to get out of the road. We had to be removed from the massive energy blasts that were due to hit, and which DID hit! But there were other reasons as well why many of us needed to duck and cover.
There were those who continued to depend upon others to receive their light. A few months ago, I visited one of my favorite spots in Southwest Colorado where I had lived in times past. A huge energy vortex at the time, it was truly a magical place. But what a difference now. The higher vibrating energy there had been sucked dry by many who came to experience this energy. And after awhile, the higher level energy was finally depleted. This same scenario was also experienced by souls on the planet who were carrying light within themselves. They were getting sucked dry and thus needed to remove themselves for a while in order to give these dependent souls time to find their own light within themselves and in their own way.
In this way, a new plan was devised, and even if many of us were not aware of it, at our soul levels we followed along. We had to completely cut off from the rest of the planet for a while. If ever our loving natures ventured out, they were many times taken advantage of, disrespected, and mistreated. Many of us had to walk around the planet sealed tighter than Fort Knox...no openings allowed. We were simply following the new plan and removing our energy for a while. The connections consisting of heart energies remained nonetheless, and so, finding or maintaining these was a beautiful consolation.
Beginning with the solstice in June, the massive "energy bombings" arrived. Just when we felt we might be situated somewhere once again, pow! Along would come a huge hit and we would be knocked out of our grooves all over again. Everything had to be removed and usurped from its prior location so that the big heat of the "chemotherapy" treatments could take hold. So then, everything was usurped and what did not need to remain was "burned off."
Experiencing heat stroke with our animal companions and ourselves was common during this time. Have a lower vibrating thought of fear or negativity, and the heat brigade would rush in and clean up! What an intense training in positive and higher vibrating thinking! Because of all of the above, there was a massive absence of light during these months. Those holding light were sealed up like a vault, or under cover, while what remained was being bombarded by the cleaning crew implementing a massive scrub down and clean up mission! In this way, there was nothing to connect to. We were separated from much, and at the same time, in yet another massive birth canal, unable to see outside of its walls. Completely empty and surrounded by seeming darkness was a common occurrence. And those chemotherapy treatments left nothing much within us...we had to be wiped clean for a very new start. Seemingly no light anywhere, but lots of destruction and removal everywhere. Many souls chose to leave the planet during this time as well.
In times past, prior attempts at bringing up the vibration of the planet allowed for greater wiggle room or certainly more choices to be made. But what resulted each and every time was an eventual allowing, which resulted in the darker or denser energies building up once again and continuing to grip and hold our new earth in lower vibrating patterns. So this time, these lower vibrating energies needed to seriously be removed so that the light could finally take hold, take over, and continue growing. No more false starts, stutters and sputters, and eventual collapses. Serious action was now called for here. A clean slate was needed for different choices to be made. In this way, what needs to sprout now is the light. It needs to dominate. This newest plan then, also involved a loss of choice and power during these months, but there was good reason.
We would tell our vehicle to turn right and it would go left. Step on the brake and we would go forward. Step on the gas and we would go backwards. Start something new, become excited, and the next day it would blow up. Try and think of something new, and it would not gel. A piece would trickle in, we would follow the crumbs (the VERY FEW crumbs), and then it would suddenly disappear. What was happening here was an attempt to hold onto a new shore while we were still flying down the river, not yet at our intended destination. Not enough had been cleared away to reveal the new and pristine energy that was to remain. Not time to hold onto anything quite yet.
All this time we were being divinely protected. Strangely enough, all our needs were being met, if even in strange and unusual ways. Something knew more than we did, that there was a light at the end of this new tunnel, even if we were being blocked from knowing ourselves, and it guided and protected us all the way. This something, this beautiful energy from above, these glorious angels that continue to watch over us, twisted and turned us into grooves that would keep us safe, untouched as much as possible, and most certainly, in alignment with our very new spaces, even if we were still unsure what and where these spaces would be.
After we were done experiencing the massive pressure tunnel created by all the celestial events beginning with the solstice, we finally landed somewhere on August 8th. We may have felt that we were finally "somewhere," that we were now home and that we could exhale. But only for a few days, as it did not stick. During this time we may have felt like we were in a parallel universe, or perhaps we had gone back in time, or even felt unsure of where we truly were. Like two massive ships docking side by side, attempting to connect to each other, one parallel universe to another, we may have felt great but only for about four days. We bounced out of the new connection. Things really got tough after that because there was NOTHING to hold onto then. Plans that had been put in place were suddenly changed, new information received was suddenly not implemented, and this was when things really got tough.
Many souls left the planet during this time. My prior husband Phil passed away suddenly from a massive stroke and heart attack. With all the losses and deterioration during this time, it was a challenging time for many. As August neared its end, the "energy bombings" ended as well. Then the "releasing" began (the dizziness and vertigo felt from our light bodies assisting in taking us somewhere new was common during this time). We were beginning a process of being released from old obligations and much of anything that had been holding us down and keeping us back. By mid-September, the releasing process was gaining momentum and the message was clear that we were DONE. We had completed this monumental phase and we were finally done. We were done with all we had agreed to do this past year, and even done with all we had agreed to do for the entire first BOOK of the ascension process. We were now free and clear. We may have felt like suddenly travelling, starting a brand new life, and so forth, as we prepared ourselves, FINALLY, for the new.
Even though many of us experienced great challenges during this time, there were others who held the level below us steady. Their work was thriving, and they seemed untouched. "Why am I suffering so, and Joe is having his best year yet?!" we may have wondered. "Am I being punished for something?" Everything could not transition at once, or crash at once, or the planet would be in quite a catastrophe! So then, now that many of us are "done," we will now connect to each other and create a brand new grid. An energy "pin" has been put into place to hold things steady until these new connections are complete. And when they are complete, this "pin" will be removed and the level below us will then begin to collapse.
Is the internet going to collapse too? No one can predict a scenario like this, but it has certainly outlived its original and pristine purpose and become contaminated like so many other arenas. The "New Age" movement is over as well, but where we will find ourselves is on an even playing field with those who match us through heart connections.
Many made great strides during this time. We adjusted our personal energy patterns where they needed adjusting (I am still not done yet!), and in this way, we will finally be able to connect to one another as was originally planned. Our energies are much more subtle now, if we allow them to be. But there are yet others who have not chosen to benefit from looking within and making changes. We will find ourselves connecting to those with whom we belong, and thank goodness, because we can no longer go it alone. We need this new grid, and it will be comprised of each and every one of us who have chosen to stay and continue on with the creation and/or experience of the new planet earth.

It's all great but I've bolded the passages that really jumped out at me. I have found the last several months not so much "challenging" as boring. I've gradually been overtaken by a sense of ennui. I feel totally disconnected from everything and the more I've tried to engage with the world, the sleepier, and more totally bored I've felt. I have numerous half-finished blog posts which never saw the light of day because I lost all interest in them as soon as I started writing them. I have not been able to manufacture and erg of creative energy. I'm just watching the world spin out of control but I feel detached from and powerless over it. No matter what I try to do, I just keep landing in a field of poppies and falling asleep. At the same time, I'm really at peace with it. I totally get that I just haven't been supposed to "do" much of anything.
On the internet thing... there's a very good chance that it will, indeed, collapse. I thought it was very interesting that Karen Bishop's last missive, inviting people to join the mailing list for her upcoming project, requested actual addresses; not just email addresses. It occurred to me that she was, as usual, very prescient. In earlier posts on the time monks updates, the "data gap" has been mentioned. I haven't posted any of Clif High's more recent interviews because there haven't been many of them and they haven't contained much in the way of new information. (And because, you know, yawn...) However, High has repeatedly affirmed a couple of things:
1) That there will be a major event next month with a release language period for weeks longer than the one after 9/11. So something very, very big is pending.
2) The "data gap" is still coming and looks like it will start next year and last for over a year. What that means is that the source for their data mining will be unavailable, for that period of time, and the source of their data is the internet. Whether that means just the internet will go down or the entire electrical grid remains to be seen. We could be looking at a Carrington event which could completely wipe out the grid and throw us back to an agrarian age. (more here) Alternately we could be looking at pole reversal, which seems to be the theory Clif High favors.
Or, who knows, maybe they'll throw the internet kill switch because of "cyber-terror." Or perhaps this worm unleashed on Iran's nuclear facilities could go out of control... There are a number of possible scenarios by which we could lose the world wide web. Point is, it looks very likely. I'm having a hard time getting worked up about because the internet is boring me to tears.

The Time Monks have done several media appearances over the past month and I've been trying to figure out how to encapsulate this and other information into something cogent. I can't. So I'm just going to throw several of the better interviews up here for your consideration and babble in a stream of consciousness fashion. As ever, I endorse you, gentle reader, to try not to go into fear around some of the scarier predictions... like the economic stuff. It may even be irresponsible of me to say this but I just don't get that it's going to be as bad as they predict and that I see something really beautiful opening up behind the misery. We do, however, live in "interesting times" and some of this is can get very uncomfortable. It already has but it's going to get worse.
Earthquakes and California
That said, there is a lot of data here that I'm seeing cross-corroboration of; particularly on natural disasters. I have very real concerns about earthquakes. In late March I know I said to several people, privately, that I was feeling a build-up to another major natural disaster. A short time later this spate of quakes started. We're already way off the charts in terms of number and frequency which Clif High notes. I have very real concerns about California right now. A few days before the Mexico quake that was felt up through much of Southern California, I saw a fault line releasing a lot of light in a portion of California. (This came up in a private reading so I'm really not at liberty to say more than that.) Now here's what concerns me. Since that occurred I've been hearing information from numerous, diverse sources pointing to some very serious quake activity pending throughout much of California.
I'd like to think the Mexico quake -- which did mercifully little damage -- was the one that was predicted for the San Diego area. It's not looking like that. It looks more like it was a precursor to a much worse quake pending for that region. There are a number of psychics picking that up but it's also being validated by more empirical sources. Whitley Strieber did a brief segment with a geologist on Dreamland. (It's about the first 10 minutes of the 4/10 Starchild DNA interview which will go behind the pay wall shortly.) Here's the concerning part: This geologist says that while the Mexico quake released pressure on some fault lines, it actually increased pressure on a number of others around San Diego. And that what is pending is a 6-7 point quake for that area.
The picture gets worse if you look at some of the psychic and channeled information. Clif High and George Ure get into a very involved and concerning discussion of the possibility of serious, permanent damage to much of California. There is also some channeled information in a newsletter that was forwarded to me by a friend. It can be found here. Scroll down to the section heading "Epicenters for San Diego & LA." If Tom Moore is bringing through accurate info, this could get seriously ugly, particularly in the San Diego area.
I have a number of clients and friends in various parts of California so this information concerns me on a very personal level. (I also had my daughter when I was living in the San Diego area so that emotionally ties me to the region.) I'm not trying to scare anyone but I would be remiss if I didn't at least pass along these concerns. I would say, at the very least, that it would be a good time to stock up on bottled water and canned goods. And please, dear ones, watch animal patterns. Take note if the number of missing pets goes up and take note if your own pets start to become unusually anxious. Also, if you're just feeling an inexplicable impulse to get out of the area, GO!
Iceland Volcanic Action
According to High, as bad and disruptive as the current volcanic eruption in Iceland is, it may just be the beginning. I read the other day that, in fact, there is significant geological concern about a second volcanic eruption.
Scientists fear tremors at the Eyjafjallajokull (ay-yah-FYAH-lah-yer-kuhl) volcano could trigger an even more dangerous eruption at the nearby Katla volcano – creating a worst-case scenario for the airline industry and travelers around the globe.
A Katla eruption would be 10 times stronger and shoot higher and larger plumes of ash into the air than its smaller neighbor, which has already brought European air travel to a standstill for five days and promises severe travel delays for days more.
The two volcanos are side by side in southern Iceland, about 12 miles (20 kilometers) apart and thought to be connected by a network of magma channels.
Pole Shift
Yes, High is still talking about pole shift. He also says the Chilean quake was noticeably tied to some intriguing solar activity. So is the Iceland volcano. He posits that the Mayan Calendar seems to be charting a regular solar cycle and its effects on the earth's magnetosphere. I've already covered a good bit of this but his explanation in the Caost to Coast interview below is so good I wanted to underscore it.
Timey-Wimey... Stuff
This is not a major component of the interviews. It's something Clif High touches upon sort of tangentially but it really jumped out at me. High theorizes that there is some manipulation of "time stuff" or what Doctor Who calls "wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey... stuff." Okay... they're in very different contexts. I just like to say "wibbly-wobbly, timey-wimey... stuff." Try it. It's fun. What High references is the possibility that there is some technology in use that allows pinpoint control of time -- speeding it up and slowing it down -- which causes the "time stuff" to roll off into other areas and cause problems. Now, why do I care... This has actually come up in my awareness several times and kind of thrown me for a loop. My linear mind doesn't care for the idea that time can be manipulated in that way but I've seen it occur in glimpses, by... well... let's just say people I would not like to think possess such dangerous knowledge. I've found that I've been subconsciously picking up on "time distortion" from time to time. In a fairly recent journal entry, while I was jotting down a list of strange, but explicable occurrences, I had written the phrase "time distortions." Then I had no idea why I'd written it. In my journal it reads, "time distortions... (Whoa. Where did that come from?!)" I don't know where it came from or why. But it concerns me because it's part of a larger pattern of energy manipulation. If anyone else is getting anything along these lines, I'd love to compare notes.
Pyramids in the Antarctic
This is a really tantalizing tidbit. In his interview with OneRadio, High explains that he has photographs he has promised not to release yet which show what appear to be giant pyramid structures in the Antarctic. In Fingerprints of the Gods, Graham Hancock explores the theory that the remnants of a lost civilization, usually referred to as Atlantis, could be in the Antarctic hidden under the ice sheets. One possibility is that they wound up in this now uninhabitable location during a previous pole shift and crustal displacement as theorized by Charles Hapgood.
The second connection the Flem-Aths made followed logically from the first: if there was such a recurrent, cyclical geological phenomenon as earth-crust displacement, and if the last displacement had shifted the enourmous landmass we call Antarctica out of temperate latitudes and into the Antarctic Circle, it was possible that the substantial remains of a lost civilization of remote antiquity might today be lying under two miles of ice at the South Pole.
It was suddenly clear to me how a continent-sized landmass, which had been the home of a large and prosperous society for thousands of years, could indeed get lost almost without trace. As the Flem-Aths concluded: 'It is to icy Antarctica that we look to find answers to the very roots of civilization -- answers which may yet be preserved in the frozen depths of the forgotten island continent.'

A little over a year ago, I wrote a series of entries on the Time Monks webbot project, and the accuracy of these forecasts. As I said then, what I was getting intuitively was pole shift, but there was little in the predictive linguistics of the Time Monks to validate that. Instead, I turned to the most recent information I could find from Drunvalo Melchizedek on the subject. What a difference a year makes. Recent material from Drunvalo, posted here and here, goes into more depth on pole shift and how it fits into the Mayan prophecies. Now comes a wealth of information from Time Monk Clif High on his near certainty that there will be a dramatic pole shift event tied to that 2012 date.
Clif has been making the rounds talking about his most recent report. There's lots of stuff to make us all very nervous on the collapsing economy, the potential "death of the dollar," and more, but what will probably be most chilling to people unfamiliar with this idea is the prospect of the magnetic poles reversing and solid land masses rolling around. His most in depth interview on the subject was the other evening on Rense Radio.
He has posted some supplemental material on Half Past Human to explain how he came to the conclusion that the data they've been collecting since 1997 points to pole shift, rather than some of the other interpretations they had posited. His analysis spans both the scientific theories and a range of prophetic material, from the Mayan Long Count Calendar to the ancient Vedic, Chinese, and Egyptian material.
Then there is the issue of the rapid, and oscillating climate changes here on earth, as well as the alterations of the climates on all the other planets in the solar system. And then there are the tremendous changes in the sun over this last decade. Which continue. Then there are the various huge levels of changes to the earth itself, such as the giant earthquakes, the resulting tsunami's, and other indications of major changes such as global glacial melt.

It is the sun spot cycle that concerns us humans, and other critters here on earth. The reason is that universe is composed of cycles within cycles within cycles at levels and complexity we may barely be able to perceive. These cycles include large cycles based on smaller cycles. One of these smaller cycles is our local sun spot cycle.
While our work at HPH has shown indications of a 'sun disease' since 1997, and this reference was to a 'disease of the sun' rather than a 'disease caused in earth life by the sun', within our data sets this language fell under the set of what we called "the big squeeze". This label was applied due to the many and repeated references to "magnetics gone wrong" in our data. It was our theory that the 'cause' for the 'big squeeze' was the alignment of the earth and the sun with the center of the Milky Way galaxy which is coincident with 2012. This necessitated the idea of new forms of energy from extra solar system sources in order to explain all the changes to the local planets and our sun. Such an understanding is wrong.
There is an understanding that provides for the current changes in the planets and the sun that does not require any external sources of energy. This understanding has to do with the totality of the sun spot cycles, and what causes them, and the larger cycles built upon them.
The upshot?
The impact of the magnetic discharge from the sun will overwhelm what is left of earth's protective magnetosphere and initiate both a pole and a crustal shift.
The page also has lots of pretty pictures and in depth info on the theoretical framework. Note that Clif is not a fan of the idea of a leap in consciousness accompanying this event, of the type Drunvalo predicts. For fairly obvious reasons, I prefer Drunvalo's take on the whole thing. I should add that while, again, I can't go into too much detail on this until I have more clarity and permission from my guides, what I have been shown is that we are going into a "time of magic." So, we shall see.

This interview with Conscious Radio Network's Regina I found fascinating because Clif gets into more of the nuts and bolts of how his technology allows him to interpret the movement of the collective unconscious. As I discussed here, this is one of the most intriguing aspects of the webbot project for me. In his conversation with Regina, Clif validates my earlier perception that what he's able to observe by culling the archetypes in the linguistics is a very deep level of consciousness, far beyond the mental process. This September interview with Drunvalo Melchizedek manages to cover a lot of ground in a fair degree of depth. He explains his fascination with and detailed study of sacred geometry, and where it has led him. It was sacred geometry which initially drew me to study and train in the Flower of Life with Drunvalo years ago. He explains these geometries, and how they underpin manifest creation, better than anyone, in my opinion.
Mostly this interview focuses on the present time and how it relates to the Mayan Calendar. Drunvalo has enjoyed a very special relationship with the Maya for many years. He has been saying for some time that none of the interpretations of the calendar, in wide circulation, have come from the Maya themselves, and are, therefore, incomplete and largely wrong. The Mayan council is only now beginning the process of bringing forth an interpretation consistent with their traditions, oral history, and hidden knowledge. He reports that they are distressed that we have been so focused on the doomsday scenarios, which they say are only one part of the prophecy. They say that it will involve some type of pole shift, which could be very disastrous, but they emphasize that the way to move through this is to stay in the heart, not the head, and it will actually be a very positive transformation of the planet.
Drunvalo goes into great depth about the importance of being in our hearts. By way of example he explains the deeper problem of The Secret. As I have said many times, the determination to be "positive" does not allow for wholeness, or oneness consciousness. Drunvalo explains it as being a problem of creating with the head (our thoughts) rather than our hearts. Whereas, our hearts are in wholeness, our brains are polarized. They are binary instruments, and he says can only create dualism. He points to the way the authors of The Secret manifested loads of money, but have also invited the dark reflection of that manifestation. Much of the money is tied up in litigation. (Litigation, and possibly criminal charges, are also likely for Secret contributor James Arthur Ray whose sweat lodge disaster has now resulted in a third death.) By focusing on our heart consciousness, Drunvalo explains that we can transcend duality and the seesaw effect of polarized creation, and this is where we will need to be to transition into the new reality, on the other side of this great shift.
I found another interview with Time Monk Cliff on Project Camelot. I wanted to flesh out, if possible, some of the information from my previous entry on their October 7 prediction. There are some interesting morsels to chew on, below. But, the main thing seems to be the near certainty of economic collapse. Here is the overview from Project Camelot dated 3 October:
We seem to be in the initial phase of this forecast cycle. Clif has now gone on record to say that more precise ongoing analysis, exactly corroborated by his own inside information from human sources (15 and counting as of 1 October), forecasts a global business banking shutdown next week (or soon after) which then precipitates a series of events going from very bad to worse still.
It is our opinion at Project Camelot that we are witnessing a controlled demolition of the global economy: a Financial 9/11.

So we look forward to the balance of this weekend and as late as Thursday/Friday of next week with a heightened state of awareness/concern/trepidation (or 'fear lite') because of predictive elements that go to the idea of:
A major event which could dramatically impact 2, 2.2, or 22-million Americans.
This 'impact' could be the range of something fairly minor like "My bank card doesn't work anymore" to a 'blinding flash from a terror attack' on US soil.
This latter is somewhat supported by references early in the data to 'attack on US interests" and the fact that al Qaida has a nasty habit of trying to influence outcomes of elections, such as was the case with the Spanish train bombings a few years back.
The 'events' of next week will linguistically be characterized by about a 20% natural disaster/earth related component, a 40'ish percent impact that will be 'military' in nature and a 40% (or higher) impact that will be 'economic' in scope.
Here are some of the highlights from Project Camelot interview with Time Monk Cliff. [All emphases mine]
C: Our information for October is part of a context that we’ve been picking up for a number of years relating to what we call “The Death of the Dollar.” We started talking publicly about “The Death of the Dollar,” I think on July 4th, 2007, but we’d actually been picking it up in the data a number of years before that.
We have a tendency to see, to find, really big events showing up years ahead of time and it takes us a while to sort through everything and really get a handle on what was going on. The closer we get to the event, the more data-points we get within our source that allows us to get a broader picture. So, at this stage, we’ve got a pointer that said we would hit a sort of an emotional plateau.

K: So what you are seeing in the future, at least in the next 5 months, linked to the October 7 economic situation, is that it’s dire now but it’s gonna be something…
C: Brutally true. OK. This weekend we’re putting up a new report that continues to refine that, because we’re getting in new data. In the market descriptors, the market section there, we’re gonna be describing it as brutally transformative.

Will we have food shortages? Sure. Will we have rationing on everything? Sure. Exactly where and when? That’s speculation at this point. But it’s actually occurring as we speak.
So, again, total fiscal meltdown. From there we drift into what some would find surreal, but this is where it actually starts to make sense to me.
K: I found a really interesting point that was recurring in some of these reports, which was talking about, in essence, what appeared to be a battle with aliens.
C: Oh sure. Yeah, we’ve got really strange stuff in there that suggests, for instance, that we’re gonna go through a summer of hell in 2009 here in the US that will precipitate a seething anger and so forth into actual bloody revolution. AmRev-2 we’re calling it. But it’ll just be part of a global wave of revolution against what we call The Powers That Be.
This is also coincident with a meta-data layer that we call Secrets Revealed, where events of revolution goes on. Certain institutions will be captured by the populace and the data will be released that’s been hidden for hundreds of years, which then starts its own set of threads and means about revolution. They’ve been duped.
And if we go forward in time through 2010, we get into the area where we’re starting to get what we call Alien Wars… information about 2011.
Now this has to be understood, that the granularity out there is very sparse. We don’t have a whole lot of details. It does appear that this is not some kind of false flag operation. It also does appear that humans are involved at many different levels, not merely at a shooting level, but also as perhaps some kind of a prize level, like, you know, we’re what everybody is fighting over, that kind of thing.
I'd like to digress for a moment and point out something that perhaps many people are not aware of, and that is the derivation of the word apocalypse.
Apocalypse (Greek: ἈποκάλυψιςApokálypsis; "lifting of the veil") is a term applied to the disclosure to certain privileged persons of something hidden from the majority of humankind. Today the term is often used to refer to the end of the world, which may be a shortening of the phrase apokalupsis eschaton which literally means "revelation at the end of the æon, or age".
What follows is some exploration of the time leading up to 2012. Earlier in the interview, Cliff posits that some of the data pointing to that date may be skewed because of the collective charge around that date, due, I assume, to the Mayan calendar. But, of particular interest, here, is the intervening years. I'd also like to point out that, as I said in my previous entry, I'm getting some inkling of possible pole shift associated with these changes.
K: But what you’re now saying … you’re actually saying there‘s a place that we’re at here, emotionally, that’s actually we’re gonna go down from here to 2012 -- for the next four years?
C: OK. Up / Down. You really shouldn’t phrase it that way. Just like Buckminster Fuller used to bitch at everybody, because there is no up or down on this planet. There’s only closer to the center of the Earth and further away form it. An in and out kind of approach. So let’s not use pejorative terms like up or down because that implies certain things.
However, the emotional tonalities that we’re living at the moment, especially those tonalities associated with words like normalcy and nostalgia, and all of this kind of thing, will not be seen again. From October 7th onward, we won’t recover those, as near as I can tell in my data.
And it may well be the case that, you know, those things that come along, such as the global coastal events, subsequent magnetic shifts, and perhaps even a crustal shift and the destruction of most of the population on the planet, may indeed be the reason for that.
I have to say that the biospheric degradation, and the changes in the solar system, the magnetosphere, the heliosphere, etc. etc. all tend to support the idea that the language is spitting out to us, that the bizarre days ahead are -- however inconceivable -- are basically our destiny.
I can't speak to the veracity of The History Channel, but what follows is a brief examination of the Mayan Calendar with my favorite up-talker Daniel Pinchbeck.
Of special interest here is the supposition that there may be some correlation between an upcoming alignment with the black hole in the center of the galaxy and Charles Hapgood's "crustal displacement" or "pole shift" theory.
C: So our understanding of chemtrails comes from the archetype that The Powers That Be are intensely scared and scared at all these different levels. One of the things they’re scared about is not going into an ice age. If we don’t go into an ice age, as in Lovelock’s book, Gaia is doomed to go the way of, supposedly, Venus. We get extra-hot and everybody’ll die off.
And so, usually at this particular point in our orbital permutations we get to the 100,000-year cycle and we go into a mini ice age, which cools everything down, refreshes the oceans, etc., etc., That is not occurring at this point because we’re lining up with the dark rift on the side of the galactic central, and we’re getting extra radiation coming on in, which is heating everything up. Everything from the GRBs, the solar radiation, the heliosphere radiation pouring on in, etc., is raising the temperature on all the planets, in spite of the fact that, at this point in our cycle of 100,000 years, we should be cooling down, to the betterment of the planet.
So The Powers That Be got really scared and at least at one bespoke level of their internal fear they wanted to react and change the albedo by putting up a radiation shield that would cool the planet down as though we had glaciers all over the place, as though we had gone into the ice age. They hoped to trigger it that way.
Now, there’s also all kinds of other fears buried way down deep in the archetype that goes to some really strange stuff, like they’re really afraid of the pineal gland in humans.
Hold the phone... did he say pineal gland? He gets back to this further down, but first, some examination of some of the possibilities discussed in the previous entry regarding a radical consciousness shift, possibly correlated with planetary pole shift.
K: Really? OK. There’s a lot of talk about going from the third to the fourth to the fifth dimension -- the actual Earth itself -- as a result of the transformations that are happening on the planet. Have you been getting information about that?
C: We may be. I have to be somewhat vague because, again, it’s an issue of do we have it modeled correctly? In our SpaceGoatFarts entity, we have a subset called unknown and within that we have another subset called energy, and it splits off into these various different areas.
There appears to be a whole lot of information about extra energy coming in from space. The data-sets might be reflecting major changes at levels that might go down to what we call the ESR or the Electron Spin Resonance. So, who knows what that’s gonna cause?
Would humans be able to adequately project the result of something like the change in the electron spin resonance level across the whole of the solar system if we get into some of these energetic areas, in a way that we could meaningfully pick up? I don’t know. We might be getting some hints that there’s some huge changes along that level coming up.
As for popping into the fourth dimension… the fourth density or something, we don’t have any words specifically towards that, other than we’re picking up some of those that are coming from those people that are promulgating that idea out there. We’re not picking up any of the archetypes that I would suspect should arise. It doesn’t mean that we won’t. We’re just not at this moment.
K: OK, because, for example, it seems to me that maybe an archetype symbol would be the spiral.
C: [long pause] Yeah, but that’s all tied up in the idea of the eschaton and the singularity and so on. It’d be awful hard to separate that from those previous contexts and apply it.
We do see a whole… We do see mass kinds of changes coming in at various different levels that are affecting the data at unexpected places. And they’re pointing to things like, as I say, the pineal gland.
And in this coming report we’re gonna write about fluoride because there’s gonna be a huge emotional wave building in 2009 about the damage that was done to people as a result of fluoride and its interaction with the pineal gland. And a lot of people are gonna be very, very, very upset because they will feel that something has been stolen from them. And I think that what they’re going to be feeling is that the potential or capacity for a better expression of humanity has been stolen from them, once they know certain information.
So, yes, there is some evidence that flouride interferes with the function of the pineal gland, which is particularly concerning when you consider that the pineal is barely understood, as it is. Amongst metaphysicians like myself, it is, quite simply, the third eye. The pineal gland fully opens when the kundalini rises completely up the spine and activates it. So why would this threaten the "powers that be?" According to John Lamb Lash of Metahistory.org, it is the awakened kundalini which protects us from "alien intrusion." In other words, the archons. It is this spiritual opening which enables us to see through the illusion that the Hindus call "Maya."
Here is Graham Hancock on the Rishis, or ancient sages of India. (p. 157)
What we accept without question as 'reality' the Rishis described as 'the world of form'. They claimed to have discovered that this world is not in fact real at all but rather a sinister sort of virtual reality game in which we are all players, a complex an cunning illusion capable of confusing even the most thorough empirical tests -- a mass hallucination of extraordinary depth and power designed to distract souls from the straight and narrow path of awakening which leads to immortal life. With a synchronicity that seems strange to anyone who has studied the mysteries of Central America, they named the hallucination 'Maya' and taught techniques to overcome and dispel it. Such techniques, amounting effectively to a 'science of realization', included the single-minded pursuit of spiritual knowledge, meditation, contemplation, concentration of mind through the study of mandalas and yantras, and the correct fulfilment of ritual.
So, my back of the envelope calculation of what that all means, is that what the "powers that be" are terrified of, as the world is coming apart, is human enlightenment.
I got an email, from shamanic healer Ross Bishop, about some rather alarming predictions for the upcoming year, starting with a trigger on October 7th. Ross's blog provides some background on the Time Monks and how they've developed, and are refining, their prediction model. Their web bots analyze the communications patterns exhibited on the world wide web for linguistic/emotional patterns. They are effectively analyzing the collective unconscious as it is expressed in internet communication. They, themselves, admit that this is a new technology and that they have a history of both hits and misses, but their record of hits seems fairly impressive.
I have no idea how accurate the data from their latest prediction will prove to be. I certainly hope they're at least a bit off. However, I'm inclined to think they're onto something. Why? Because, I've been having intimations, myself. I discussed a bit of this here and here. But, I have to tell you, gentle reader, that this is not the sum of it. Something is shaking apart. I can feel it. I think this financial crisis is real and serious. And, I think it's the tip of the iceberg. Simultaneously, I have a sense of something dramatically "opening" in a way that could be quite extraordinary.
And then, there are the tones. Those who have known me for some years, know that I get tones in my head before earth change events. Major earthquakes and other natural disasters, as well as dramatic shifts in consciousness, for reasons I don't quite understand, cause me to hear beeps, hums, and sometimes inaudible pressures through my head. It's something I've been experiencing for some years, and it jumped to a whole 'nother level after my trip to Mexico; a trip in which I trained with Drunvalo Melchizedek and visted Teotihuacan. Well folks, my head is ringing off the proverbial hook. I haven't be treated to such a cacophony in some time, and it's been going on for days.
I should also point out that Karen Bishop has been hinting at a calamity for some time. She's written a good deal in recent months about the "old world" being in it's final fall, and endorsing her readers to try to stay in comfort space; to detach from the unfolding drama. She doesn't say anything, that I can recall, about October, but she does point to some unpleasantness in November. Karen Bishop in her August 21 update:
September will bring in more of the new….more of the beauty, simplicity, and light we have been longing for. And October will usher in more rapid and solid manifestations of our new spaces, including the supports we will need in times to come. October will be much more fast moving and intense and we will barely be able to catch our breaths with all the new manifestations occurring for us. And November will very possibly bring in a rocky, tumultuous, and gutting surprise for much of the old world.
Rocky, tumultuous, and gutting, sounds like a good description of what the Time Monks relayed in in their interview with Coast to Coast radio on 9/22. Their short and long term predictions sound pretty dire. I've posted the entire interview in a YouTube player at the beginning of this entry, but, here's a run-down of some of the major points from the Pimpin Turtle, starting with a pre-amble from their 9/2 prediction.
"The Web Bots see September 22-27, 2008 as precursor dates to the main turning point date of October 7, 2008. Closely watch events during September 22-27, 2008 for hints as to what to expect on October 7, 2008.
Cliff said whenever "it" happens, and whatever "it" turns out to be, "it" will be a date in history you remember like 9/11, we will remember 10/7.
The Web Bots foresee that October 7, 2008 to February 19, 2009 will be filled with emotional intensity, and the length of the release period will be extraordinary. The Web Bots have never picked up any event lasting this long. In comparison, 9/11 length lasted about 10 days. This event will be four months of high emotion……."
Next, is an outline of upcoming events from their 9/22 interview.
The next year will get very ugly and will change your life worse than 9/11. It is important to understand the magnitude of the data. The sort of agony, grief, pain and rage that was felt the six days following 9/11 will be felt for five and a half months. From October 7th, 2008 until March of next year….
Will there be a total economic collapse?
Yes. 2009 will be a “year of transformation.” The keyword “monumental” shows up as how the future will view our current situation. Time Monks describe this as an “epic situation”
How to prepare for what’s coming?
The Time Monks say: Have a plan in place to be as independent of the institutions of society as you can possibly get. Prepare for a situation in which you will have no water, food, electricity or heat. Have clothing for all seasons and EXTRA MEDICINE. Possibility of oil going up to $500 a barrel, also possible massive deflation from nobody buying anything. This is the kind of thing where the other nations on the planet will be so scared of what’s going to happen in the U.S. that they will begin preparing, fearing that the U.S. will go crazy. This includes mobilizing military.
Try not to panic, we have a couple of weeks. You can not store enough to get you by indefinitely. A situation my arise in which you may need to move or be relocated. Time Monks do not advocate bank runs because money may become useless. Says longer term data “implies money is less intense part of society than it is now.”
September 22nd - 27th - The Plateau of building tension.
On October 6th, 11:59 pm, the planet is going to go through a “period of release” following the traumatic event. The information will spread very quickly due to technology. The release language will start at the point of impact.
The event could be something such as a “false flag terror attack” in some part of the world, U.S. may not necessarily be at epi-center of said event. It could also be a “slow boil” event such as a bio-agent released. There are expected elements of a prequel that will set the stage for the event, between the dates of September 15th-September 27th.
So, these are the really scary bits, that have everybody worked up. There seems to be a cascade effect of horribleness, encompassing economic, military, and "terra activity," which could directly impact anywhere from 2 to 22 million people. Although, they suggest, as did Edgar Cayce, that we may be able to uncreate this manifestation through consciousness shift.
Here is some of the possible "terra activity":
December 10th-12th, 2008 - China sized earthquake in Pacific NW.
In 2009 there will be a global coastal event.
This does not necessarily mean a tsunami. If you live around water it would be good to have a boat.

Antarctica is very important to the “powers that be”. 13% of linguistics related to the “powers that be” concern Antarctica. Antarctica is big key to whatever is driving them.
Here, they answer a question I've had, from the time I started to feel this discomfort, because my tension began concurrently with the event at CERN.
Anything to do with the Hadron Collider?
Time Monks not worried about Hadron Collider. Data so far indicates that the scientists at CERN are performing a "juggling act and keep dropping oranges". Doesn't show up in linguistics as a driver in what's about to occur.
Fair enough, but I sure do wonder what they might be juggling.
Now, this is where it gets fascinating for me.
Do you believe extraterrestrials are real and/or play a role?
Within consciousness, there is a distinct consciousness that is not human. Clear that there is something outside of the human realm that drives the “powers that be”. There is “stuff” in the model space (of the web bot) that goes through the idea of “disappearances” beginning next year (relating to extraterrestrials). It’s as if an inter-dimensional door opens up and people are sucked though the door and the door closes.
2009: Disappearance language gets more specific. Big changes. Some of the “powers that be” will disappear. “Powers that be” will be out and about with large groups of people with them and they will all disappear.
A lot of alien activity way off in the future.
Indications in language involving e.t.s (possible result of disinformation):

These alien events may or may not be real but people are acting as if they are real.

So, why do I find this fascinating? To explain this, I must, necessarily, digress a bit. Their description of this alien intelligence, which controls the "powers that be," sounds, to me, distinctly like the "archons." The term comes from the Gnostics. It describes an inorganic consciousness that has installed itself as the rulers of humanity. Here is John Lamb Lash's interpretation of the Nag Hammadi Codices, regarding the archons.
According to the Gnostics, the parasites or Archons, as they called them, originate with the earliest phase of the formation of the solar system, before the Earth coalesced as a planetary organism. Their habitat is the solar system, exclusive of the Earth, moon and sun. They are inorganic forms with intelligence of an electrical nature – cyborgs, as we would say.
. . .
The Gnostics taught that the Archons did not create us, but they are caught in a delusion, and they think they are our creators. One of their main goals is to convince us that they created us – in effect, to get us to think as they do... If the Gnostics were correct, the Archon ETs attempt to take credit for imparting certain skills like this to humanity, but the claim is false, I believe. We ourselves have discovered these skills, but forgotten how, so we are susceptible to accept the explanation of a foreign or alien intervention.

The NHC does not say that “the universe is a mistake.” It says that the world system we inhabit, our planetary system, is an anomaly due to the presence of the Archons who impinge upon life on earth. Gnostic cosmology explains the emergence of the Archons at the cosmic level, so Gnostics understood the origin and behavior of these alien entities.
Later in this interview, Lash discounts the idea that "the archons" were the "giant bats" encountered by Michael Harner, in the ayahuasca journey he describes, in the opening chapter of The Way of the Shaman. But, I think Lash misapprehends Harner, possibly because of the way the question was phrased in the interview. Here is how Harner describes his experience:
I became aware of my brain. I felt--physically--that it had become compartmentalized into four separate and distinct levels. At the uppermost surface was the observer and commander, which was conscious of the condition of my body, and was responsible for the attempt to keep my heart going. lt perceived, but purely as a spectator, the visions emanating from what seemed to be the nether portions of my brain. Immediately below the topmost level I felt a numbed layer, which seemed to have been put out of commission by the drug--it just wasn't there. The next level down was the source of my visions, including the soul boat.
Now I was virtually certain I was about to die. As I tried to accept my fate, an even lower portion of my brain began to transmit more visions and information. I was "told" that this new material was being presented to me because I was dying and therefore "safe" to receive these revelations. These were the secrets reserved for the dying and the dead, I was informed. I could only very dimly perceive the givers of these thoughts: giant reptilian creatures reposing sluggishly at the lowermost depths of the back of my brain, where it met the top of the spinal column. I could only vaguely see them in what seemed to be gloomy, dark depths.
Then they projected a visual scene in front of me. First they showed me the planet Earth as it was eons ago, before there was any life on it. I saw an ocean, barren land, and a bright blue sky. Then black specks dropped from the sky by the hundreds and landed in front of me on the barren landscape. I could see that the "specks" were actually large, shiny, black creatures with stubby pterodactyl-like wings and huge whale-like bodies. Their heads were not visible to me. They flopped down, utterly exhausted from their trip, resting for eons. They explained to me in a kind of thought language that they were fleeing from something out in space. They had come to the planet Earth to escape their enemy.
The creatures then showed me how they had created life on the planet in order to hide within the multitudinous forms and thus disguise their presence. Before me, the magnificence of plant and animal creation and speciation-hundreds of millions of years of activity-took place on a scale and with a vividness impossible to describe. I learned that the dragon-like creatures were thus inside of all forms of life, including man.* They were the true masters of humanity and the entire planet, they told me. We humans were but the receptacles and servants of these creatures. For this reason they could speak to me from within myself.

I was now eager to solicit a professional opinion from the most supernaturally knowledgeable of the Indians, a blind shaman who had made many excursions into the spirit world with the aid of the ayahuasca drink. lt seemed only proper that a blind man might be able to be my guide to the world of darkness. I went to his hut, taking my notebook with me, and described my visions to him segment by segment. At first I told him only the highlights; thus, when I came to the dragon-like creatures, I skipped their arrival from space and only said, "There were these giant black animals, something like great bats, longer than the length of this house, who said that they were the true masters of the world." There is no word for dragon in Conibo, so "giant bat" was the closest I could come to describe what I had seen.
He stared up toward me with his sightless eyes, and said with a grin, "Oh, they're always saying that. But they are only the Masters of Outer Darkness."
Harner associates this final statement with outer space, but I interpret it differently. I think the old shaman is describing the carefully crafted illusion in which we are ensnared. In short, the "archons" are the architects of "maya." They would be analogous to the "Smiths" in the Matrix movies. But, note that in both cases, the description is of an alien consciousness that insists that it created and controls this world, but that this is incorrect information. According to the Gnostics, this is the nature of the illusory world in which we are ensnared and remain deluded about the very nature of the universe.
But, to sum up. My sense is that things are about to change. Possibly, dramatically. There is a very jagged component to this, but there is also a sense of expansion. The problem is that I don't feel able to share some of the more optimistic information I've been receiving over the past week or so. I have not been given the go ahead by my guides. It may that the information is very selective and not helpful to the whole. It may be that I just don't have enough of a grasp of it to put it out there directly.
I do feel, though, that I need to say something about pole shift. I've been feeling like there is a very real possibility that it's imminent. I first learned about the potential for pole shift from Drunvalo and the Flower of Life curriculum. As I learned it then, the pending pole shift would be tied to a jump in consciousness.
There will be a pole shift. This will include the kind of violence that is normally associated with pole shifts, the continents going up and down, huge tidal waves that are 100 feet high, the entire south pole moving to the Equator at 1300 miles an hour and these kind of things, this may still occur. But because of something I cannot quite explain about who we are becoming and about ourselves and our ability to control our reality as a planet, we may find that the environment, even though the poles may shift, may not be nearly as violent as we think. It could actually be a very beautiful experience.
My feeling on this may go against what a lot of people think. There are many people saying 'go out and dig holes in the ground, put lots and lots of food in, and guns and munitions and hold on for the worse'. But really what you are preparing for is that time right before the pole shift. Because when the poles shift, we will go through an electromagnetic no zone for about 3 and a half days, and then, after that time we'll be on a totally different dimensional level of the Earth. Whereby anything that is happening on this level will make no difference. That's a preparation prior to the time when all the systems, the social and the financial systems and all this kind of things break down. And it's normal for them to break down. Scientists will see in the magnetic field a direct correlation of the events of the Earth.
Prior to the poles of the Earth moving to new locations, which is when the human consciousness usually moves into the fourth dimension, there would be a period of time where there may be worldwide chaos. It is a period where most people go insane, all social systems, financial systems, political systems etc., collapse and the planet is plunged into total chaos. This time period traditionally, throughout the universe, has been about three months to two years directly prior to the actual poles of the planet shifting. We'll call this time period the Translation Period.
The chaos is caused when the geomagnetic poles of the Earth drop to zero. This causes chaos because the human being needs the magnetic field of the earth to maintain it's emotional balance and memory. When the magnetics drop to zero, people go insane.
However, to believe that if you prepare in this way with food and supplies and that everything will be the same after the Translation Period, is unrealistic. At the end of the Translation Period you will change your consciousness and begin to move through the void, the birth of the new consciousness into the fourth dimension. From there on out, everything you do to physically prepare on Earth will be of no use to you in your new world.
We are going into a dimensional consciousness change and though a physical preparation may help a little tiny bit at the beginning, as we pass through these changes. The only real help is who you are, what your character is, how much your heart is open and how well you are to love and to connect with God. So the most important thing is to work on your innerself. This is more important than preparing with food and in the little bit of time that we have left.
I did a little googling for some current material from Drunvalo on pole shift and found this video. It's about an hour long, but it's worth hearing through. The stuff on pole shift and how to move through it is close to the end, but the whole thing is fascinating, and offers some background on his book Serpent of Light. The whole thing can be viewed here.
So, I realize that this is very disjointed. I can't help that. I hope I will have more clarity in the coming days, and be able to offer more. But, for the time being, I feel like it's important to get as much of this out there as possible and let people sort through it for themselves. Try not to get caught up in the fear. Listen to the Time Monks interview for yourself and see if it resonates for you or not. Don't take anyone's word for any of this. Trust your own inner knowing first, last, and always.
. The excitement around this film has been building since it hit the screens to great critical acclaim and then won the Golden Globe and Independent Spirit Awards for Portman. I haven't seen The Black Swan yet but the buzz has been hard to escape. As with any phenomenon that captures headlines and imaginations, recognizable archetypes emerge. Even in the worst of pop culture, there are insights into the collective psyche and shared vision.
